产品介绍

该设备主要用于对冷拔钢管与热轧钢管及无磁材料的镗孔精密加工，使用专用刀具加工，可提高钢管内孔尺寸精度和表 面质量，可加工的材料可为20、45、16Mn、25Mn、27SiMn. 有色金属，普碳钢、优质碳钢、低合金钢等。

The machine is designed for precision drilling and boring of cold-drawn and hot-rolled steel pipes,as well as non- magnetic materials.The use of specialized tools improves the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the inner holes of steel pipes.Material that can be processed include ordinary carbon steels,high-quality carbon steels,and low alloy steels such as 20,45,16Mn,25Mn,27SiMn.

设备具有以下三种基本功能：Three basic machining methods

工件旋转：(钻杆箱制动) Workpiece rotation(Drill Head brake)

床头箱带动工件旋转、镗杆带动组合头及德式液压精镗滚压刀具进行热轧钢管的精密加工。

The headstock drives the workpiece to rotate,while the boring bar drives the combination head,drill bit and German- style hydraulic fine boring and rolling tools to feed.This setup is used for precision machining on hot-rolled steel pipes.

床头箱制动使工件不旋转、镗杆箱带动镗杆旋转，使用组合头，及德式液压精镗滚压刀具对热轧钢管或冷拔钢管进行精 镗滚压加工。

The headstock is braked to keep the workpiece stationary.The boring bar head drives the boring bar to rotate.Using combination head,drill it,and German-style hydraulic fine boring and rolling tools,this function performs fine boring and rolling on hot-rolled or cold-drawn steel pipes.This function can correct driling deviations and is particularly suitable for machining drill collars and petroleum components.

工件与钻杆双旋转 Dual Rotation of workpiece and drill bar
