该设备主要用于对冷拔钢管及无磁材料的镗孔精密加工，使用专用刀具加工，可提高钢管内孔尺寸精度和表面质量，可 加工的材料可为20、45、16Mn、25Mn、27SiMn. 有色金属，普碳钢、优质碳钢、低合金钢等。

The machine is designed for precision drilling and boring of cold-drawn steel pipes,as well as non-magnetic materials.The use of specialized tools improves the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the inner holes of steel pipes.Material that can be processed include ordinary carbon steels,high-quality carbon steels,and low alloy steels such as 20,45,16Mn,25Mn,27SiMn.

刀具旋转Tool Rotation

床头箱制动使工件不旋转、镗杆箱带动镗杆旋转，使用组合头，及德式液压精镗滚压刀具对热轧钢管或冷拔钢管进行 精镗滚压加工。 The headstock is braked to keep the workpiece stationary.The boring bar head drives the boring bar to rotate.Using combination head,drill bit,and German-style hydraulic fine boring and rolling tools,this function performs fine boring and rolling on hot-rolled or cold-drawn steel pipes.
